I opened a dispute where "Pay in 4" was used to pay. The dispute was related to a purchase I made where my information was hacked from the company, so I filed it under fraud. However, it was closed in the seller's favor, but now the "Pay in 4" plan shows as "In Review." I can't open any new plans, and I was denied the Pay Monthly Installment Plan, stating "Prior PayPal installment loan tied to unusual activity." What do I do to fix this?
