I paid the remaining balance on a Pay In 4 payment this morning, only to find that I'd been charged again a few hours later. It is not simply *pending* in my bank statements, the payment has been accepted. I've now paid 125% of the price of my order. Why did this happen, and do I contact the vendor, or PayPal for a refund?
