After receiving $500 they limited my account temporary. They asked for the document and I submitted them. After submitting few hours they permanently limited my account and after receiving this case they send me another email informing me that they partially withdraw my limitation and asked for more information or document. Unfortunately I can't see that case on the resolution center and I need help " where to submit those required information asked for 2nd time.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
