Paid £40.78 to Dedebell trade.co on 25th August and never received the items

Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community.
I am sorry you did not receive your order.
You may be able to open up a case for 'Item Not Received ', you have 180 days to open a case on a protected PayPal payment.

You can’t open a dispute for payments sent as “Family and Friends.” You can send a personal payment to reimburse a friend for dinner or to collect money for a gift etc. The Purchase Protection program doesn’t apply to personal payments.
