PAYPAL permanently limited my account and are refusing my appeal after only 2 days?

- I created an account on PayPal.uk with my business email , I called 11 times PayPal customer service number it costed me a lot of money anyways they asked information of what my business is I explained that I do gaming coaching which is a service I do it personally it is not a merchandise nor a physical item to be received or tracked i explained thoroughly everything the calls were longer than 2 hours combined i am an Algerian citizen they asked my for my business in the UK proof of address and passport file which i gladly provided immediately! they said they will send it to their account limitation team because my PayPal account got permanently banned in 2 days after its creation and i have no idea why! they refused to explain and i read all the terms and conditions and I find myself compliant with everything Unlike PayPal themselves i did only few transactions and 1 was for 85.6€ and it was a friends and family they hold my money refused to let me use PayPal i find this very horrendous they asked earlier a day after those transaction for the items provider as in whole sale proof of deliveries of which i do not have i explained that its an online service i do for my customers! 1 day after i got my account permanently limited! no further explanation and i am seeking help to be able to continue my activities, I PAY TAXES! PP-L-466542846449

Paypal is country specific you can't use a Paypal account if you don't live in the country where that paypal account is registered.

I did not say i live in Algeria just because i am Algerian i have proof of address sir so what you are saying does not make sense i cannot travel while doing online business ? i lived in UK Tunisia and more and i have the right to own a personal Algerian PayPal account and a 2nd Business account where my business is registered which is the UK and even then i can provide evidence of residency or such so they have no right to just limit my account just like that it is obnoxious its causing me financial issues i called customer support and they said just open a second account ? No i will not what if this happens again do i open another and another ? this is very unprofessional i contacted BBB.org and filed a complaint about all of this, this is just unrealistic so if i travel to turkey next week for my business trip i cant log in my PayPal ? is this how things work now ? because this is ridiculous don't you think ?

Not ridiculous as Paypal is not supported or available in Turkey so you would not be able to use Paypal whilst you were there and if you tried you may find the account limited.

As I said paypal is ''country specific'' and you can only use it whilst living in that country.

Okay thanks for letting me know about turkey! i understand that but still it is ridiculous i have my company in the uk and lived in the uk now i m in Algeria and still will be going to the uk i do not understand why would they close my account like that! @kernowlass

You can't run an international company from another country. So if you are logging in and doing things from Algeria on a UK paypal account then they will close it as a security concern. Algeria has limitations on what they can do with their countries paypal accounts just like other countries.

You are allowed 2 paypal accounts but only if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account so you could have 1 in each country?
