PAYPAL ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY LIMITED AND WITHDRAWAL

hi, is anyone knows how to contact paypal customer service? unfortunately my account has been permanently limited and i dont know why. I withdrew my money the night before, and it says transferred but I haven't received it yet (so does my other friends but they're not banned). And in the morning my account was banned. This is worrying can somebody enlighten me how to contact paypal (that will actually help) or how to get my account back? this is worrying.

If its a permanent limitation then unlikely they will change their minds, but no harm asking is there.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
