I open my bank account to find I have $-42 in it because PayPal charged me an overdraft fee for something I never purchased. Not only that, but I got charged twice! They took the $5 that remained in my account, gave me around $11.75 back, then took it again leaving me with $-42. I'm beyond annoyed and I just want my money back. Can someone help?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent unrecognized transaction. I'd recommend first starting an Unauthorized Disputewith PayPal, then let your bank know this was unauthorized activity for assistance with the NSF fee.
