Ordered suitcase, received cheap scarf, seller dispute won

Paypal dispute seller won case but Fraudulent as item a scarf and not a suitcase!!!

Call PayPal to have your dispute reason changed to significantly not as described if you initially filed dispute as item not received which is for not receiving anything at all! If you received something but not what you ordered, you file a significantly not as described dispute.

  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.     
  3. Click Disputes.    
  4. Click Dispute a payment.    
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.
