Hi; if a deposit payment is taking legally through my PayPal and something happens or I get scammed will I get that payment back. Thank you

Depends how you sent the funds / how you funded the payment etc.

Suggest you read up on paypals buyer protection policy so you can risk assess your transactions.

Buyer protection is not a 100% coverall that is why you need to read it first.

The payment would be sent through my paypal to there’s as they suggest and they said if anything does happen o would get the payment back

That tells me nothing as you still have not said how you would send the funds OR how you would fund it.

However try doing as i suggested and read up on buyer protection and then you will have your answers.

The deposit would be in my bank account but I would need to send it through my PayPal to them as they don’t accept cash and the rest of the payment would be bank transfer
