I don't have either a credit card or a bank account so I would like you to help me on how I can setup my account on PayPal because they are asking me for any of the above

You have to link a funding source in your country to be able to use paypal for purchases.

You can't receive paypal payments in your country therefore you can't hold a balance or add funds to a paypal balance.
