I purchased a product in late December and paid through PayPal I emailed the company and didn’t get a response I raised the case with PayPal to get my money back but told I have to wait till 23rd January I have since googled the company and found negative results.

If you haven't escalated to a claim then you have ''up to'' the 23rd to do so.

If you don't escalate to a claim by the 23rd it will time out and close.
