I purchased a hoodie 01/28/2023 and the merchant has been stalling. I cancelled the order 1/24/2024 and I have not received a refund. I know I have a timeframe extension from the date of cancellation but due to the age of the charge, I cannot go thru the resolution center to file the dispute. Please help!
You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item, after that its between you and the merchant and any legal action you can take yourself.
You should never let it go past 179 days, if you received a refund and the item turned up then its easy enough to just pay the merchant again.
