Non compliance with internal regulations error message-confirm identity,change location or make sure location is not private did not work at all in resolving this issue..i rely on being able to use my balance as i wish and at my discretion in my personal and business life..To me this is unacceptable for an application of this magnitude and caliber. I was satisfied greatly until now..Time is money,and when your wasting it trying to sort out an error message that is clearly a bug or hiccup in the development sofware is at the very least unreliable.well paypal im done and will be closing my account to find a customer/user friendly app that has the software issues ironed out..disappointed
