No payment received because of limited profile

Hi

On 15th of December I received a mail from Envato that they've sent me my payout. But there is still no money and no transaction from Envato in my dashboard.

 

Just found out that I've missed a notification from Paypal and my account was limited for some time.

Now I've provided all the necessary info.

 

So I have a pair of questions.

Could this restriction be the main reason why I did not receive my payout from Envato?

 

The second one is, what should I do now?

I've already created a help ticket at Envato. But I don't know will this transaction come back to Envato, or it is frozen somewhere at PayPal and my payment will show up on my dashboard?

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

 

If there is a limitation on your account, it may stop any payments that are sent to you. The payment will bounce back to the person who sent it.

 

Once the limitation is resolved, Envato will need to resend the payment to you.
