Paypal is not sending the code to my Dutch phone number. Country code is +31 and is being missed I guess. Customer service is available only 6am-6pm pacific time which is also not convenient. This is a deadlock situation.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
