I am sorry to know you've not received the item and I understand this can be frustrating. Unfortunately, payments sent to Friends and Family are considered as personal payments and they are indisputable via PayPal as this payment option doesn't cover under PayPal Buyer protection policy. You may have to continue contacting the recipient of this payment to work out a solution. Alternatively, you can contact your bank/card using which you sent this payment and see if they can reverse this payment for you or to know other possible options. In future, please do pay as Goods and Services, if you are purchasing anything from anyone via PayPal so that you are covered by our Protection Policy.
