New seller protection policy for non received items. So what we can do now?

Hi everyone. 

Well, I knew that one day it will come.  It was only a question of time after PayPal changed the chargeback protection for non-delivered products. 

Today received my first "you shipped me empty box **bleep** scammer" message. 

I guess more are in the way.

What we can do with it, guys? Let's discuss about? 

Also maybe somebody knows if any online service is available when you can put the address or email and see if somebody reported?
