Negative balance notification

Hi, I didn't buy anything from any online or other seller, but I got the notification that I haven't the balance in PayPal to make the purchase and also there is an amount of negative balance in red color showing in my dashboard, can anyone explain me what is happening?

I'm sorry to hear about an unrecognized purchase on your account that has caused a negative balance. To learn more about why you might have a negative balance and how to resolve it, I suggest visiting this Help Center article. If you'd like to review an in-depth breakdown of all of your recent transactions, creating an activity download can help. After reviewing your transactions, if you find that there was an unauthorized payment, you can file a dispute. You'll also want to reset your password, cancel any unneeded automatic payments, and consider enabling 2-Step Verification.
If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message, Instagram Direct Message, or Twitter (X) Direct Message.
