Negative balance in a permanently limited account

Hello, my paypal is in negative balance, I want to add the money to solve this problem, but I can’t add some funds to my paypal since my paypal got permanently limited. What should I do to solve this problem?

The same thing happened to me.But I cannot contact paypal because they cannot find any assistant I hope im not in trouble fot -20€ 😥
