I just got a dispute where I must pay $81 back to a seller. I’m in a negative balance of $59 currently because I originally had $18 in my PayPal balance before the dispute. Do I have to pay off the $59 and that’s all? Or do I have to pay off the $59 to clear the negative balance AND issue the $81 back to the seller? I am extremely confused. Please help. Will I get back the $81 that was used to clear the negative balance after I pay another $81 to refund the buyer??
