Need to upload driver's license... It says item wrong size

IMy account limited. Said I need to give more info...I tried to upload my picture ID (DRIVER'S LICENSE). IT SAYS IT'S THE WRONG SIZE... PLEASE ADVISE...

I did this just last week!   If you have a smart phone, it is a lot easier to use the "Take a photo" option instead of using a pic from an album.    Good Luck
