Need refund of fake items received

How can I get my money back from a purchase that the items I received were fake and not authentic?

How to open a dispute is in the link. HOWEVER if you manage to get written proof the item is fake from a merchant that makes or a retailer that sells the genuine article then if you win you may not have to return the item.
