This guy got a hold of me he's asking me to get a $50 google play card USA for him to complete the set up of sending me $2000 through paypal, the "$50 Gift card is a fee" im going through a really tough time right now and i dont know if this is a scam or not, please help.

Its a 100% SCAM, sellers NEVER pay fees upfront especially not via gift cards !!

Any fee is deducted by paypal when your buyer pays and the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.
