My request for a refund on a bad product was denied.And they closed my case. What can I do?

Opened a case for a shoddy product that I ordered. PayPal closed the case and I got no refund. What can I do?

Which dispute type did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim or

Did it time out at 20 days post opening?

Did Paypal make a decision?

Did the seller provide tracking?
