Hello @Temp20231017zb

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. I can certainly understand how concerning this must be. Account limitations may be placed when PayPal detects unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When it's placed, an email is normally sent explaining the reason for the limitation and how to resolve the problem.

However, if there are no steps listed there, or you've been advised your account has been permanently limited, it's normally due to some kind of violation of our User Agreement. When that limitation is placed, the email you'll receive details what reasons or information can be shared with you. Beyond that, we're normally unable to discuss any other details as to why the limitation was placed.

However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if there's any other information that can potentially be shared regarding the limitation. Please keep in mind the decision to permanently limit your PayPal account is not normally one that can be reversed.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may present,
