My personal PayPal account has been permanently limited and I'm not sure why.

My personal PayPal account has been permanently limited? Is there a way to find the exact reason the account was limited?

In the e-mail I received from PayPal it said:
"Based on the information we have today, it looks like there was a change in your business model that we can't support..."
This is strange to me because it is a personal account and it doesn't seem relevant to my situation.

Personal accounts can still sell and receive paypal payments.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then.......

How am I supposed to find out why the account was limited so that I can solve it? The Resolution centre is empty.

You can normally only resolve temporary limitations, once its permanent it has gone past that point and so nothing to resolve.

As I said you can try an appeal but its unlikely to be successful.

Paypal do not give reasons, you are told that you must have broken their user agreement or acceptable use policy in some way.

If it was broken in a way it could be 'resolved' then the limitation would have been temporary and not permanent.
