My infant child accidently sent money can I get it back?

My infant child got ahold of my telephone and accidently sent the last person on my transaction list back money twice. He was just randomly hitting my phone and somehow sent 2 payment and ive disputed it. Will I get my money back from PayPal for this mistake?
