Hello, I was dealing with a landlord who requested a security deposit fee and after I sent him the fee through PayPal he told me to request a refund from PayPal. So, I did select the request refund option (which directs me to email them) and did email them and did not receive any refund! Thus I opened a dispute regarding a missing refund! And after supplying the documents needed my dispute was declined and I do not get why. PayPal just asked about "A copy of receipt that details my credit" and I did not understand what that meant becuase I did not receive anything from the seller. Therefore I uploaded pictures of the written conversation between us clearly showing him giving me his email to send him the money, showing that I sent him the money, and then showing that he asked me to request a refund and get my money back. Then he tells me to transfer the money through PayPal F&F (which I did not do as it violates the TOS). I also uploaded the receipt from PayPal application and my Bank application. Can someone please help me? I need my money back.
