I got email from PayPal to update business info, but I don't have my business registered yet I was just using PayPal business services because I wasn't idea to update info regarding business registration. Can you please make my account personal. I don't wanna use business one anymore

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Or you could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
