So, today I got a message saying that they blocked my account permanently and that I can take my money back in 188 days and I don't understand why. I haven't done anything on the account yet. The only thing I did was receive 1 usd from a friend because we were testing it. The only reason given on the email I got is something ambiguous saying "After a revision we have decided to permanently limit your account because we have detected it presents a potential risk" and then other explanations.
If somebody can explain I would be thankful.
