My account limited since Feb 7, already send document since 10 Feb, but still no update

My account has been limited since feb7, I have sent document from 10 feb, they said the wait time is 5 day for reviewing, but as now on 21 feb, there still no update, and I been trying to contact costumer service, but the automatic service said there is no agent available, anybody have similar experience?

Have you tried contacting PayPal through the message center?

already done that too since yesterday, and no costumer support agents are available it said, so I can't use paypal since 7 feb, my acount already 5 years+ old, not really a new account

same issue but they emailed me to confirm my identity but when i click its just go in my Paypal and show my account is limited
