My account limited for creating it?

Recently I was trying to create a business account to make transactions for a new ko-fi account. But I don't know what some of the information was when I was trying to fill it out. Now my business account is completely permanently limited. I really want to fix this issue. Please let me know if there's any way to remove the ban.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
