My account is still under review

After more than 10 days and after uploading all required information, my business account is still under review and payments are being uploaded in there by my clients 

Really dont know what to do more ??? 

Need help

In case PayPal wants a reference for the incident I have the number

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
