Hello! My account is limited, but I don't see any steps in the Resolution Center. I have not performed any transactions on my account before. The password was changed, but it didn't help. When click on the "Resolution Center", it does not open to download the required data. The money was transferred to me from the Fiverr website, but I can't see it in my account. Please help and what should I do to fix this problem? Thanks for understanding.
