My account is limited and I have not gotten any email to transfer the money.

My current email is linked to my own domain, which is hosted on Cloudflare and I used their email service. It's been a long time since I've logged in, and I've forgotten the password. Meaning, I've lost access, and I did not receive an email that would let me transfer my money to bank.. I will try to retrieve it, but it will be much easier if the email could be sent to my personal email that I currently have access to, which gives me steps to retrieve my paypal balance to my bank account.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the email advising you're able to withdraw yet. You can still attempt the withdrawal by following these steps on our Help Center here. If you need to add a bank or a card, you can also find instructions on our Help Center. When attempting to add a financial or withdraw, if you receive an error message stating you cannot because you have an unresolved account issue, please reach out to Customer Support through the website by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any page. You can also find Customer Support on X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

Hey, thank you for the response, I have gotten access back to my account. Now, the problem is, the card I have linked is not available for withdrawal, and I cannot link a bank account as it gives me the "You cant use Paypal anymore" error. What can I do?
