Hello! I would like to receive some help in regards to a recent problem that has appeared with my Pay Pal account . Basically, I have been asked to verify my account because I had received a total of 2500 euros since I've started using your service ,which I did . After I did that, I received another notification which stated that my account had been basically permanently limited ,I wasn't even informed on the reason behind it . Please ,I would much appreciate if you could look into this problem.  I am from Romania.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
