Kindly let me know why my account has been limited. I didn't do anything wrong.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then contact customer services.
However they will not give you a reason, just that you broke the user agreement OR acceptable use policy in some way.

I wonder if it’s legal to not tell someone why they have been limited permanently. I know I did nothing wrong. It’s like being found guilty of a crime without being able to defend yourself. That’s not America.

For a start the original poster is in Kenya and not the U.S.
Secondly yep its legal as its in their 'legally agreed user agreement' for every country in which they operate.
