My account has a limitation and I couldn't find account limitations in resolution center

My account has a limitation, after checking the help section. I was told to go to the resolution center then, account limitations which I could not find, is there a problem with my account or am I missing something?

I am sorry to hear about the experience that you have had when you tried to resolve a limitation. If we've limited your account, in most cases you would find some steps or instructions to complete in the Resolution Center. I understand you couldn't find there anything. If your account's functionally hasn't been affected, you may have received a fake notification. Any time you receive an email about activity on your PayPal account, the safest way to confirm the emails’ validity is to log in to your PayPal account via the PayPal website. Do not not use the links in the email received. Any of the activity reported in the email will be available to view.
