hello everyone, i want to ask for my account currently being restricted by paypal, i use a business account to make an invoice to my client because before i used a personal account so i created a business account with a different email and i want to restore this account but i still I have a little problem because I haven't linked this account with a local bank and to restore this account I need proof of mutation from the bank and I haven't withdrawn the money from this account to the bank, how do I solve this?
PayPal requesting a bank statement is usually as proof of address. As long as the name and address on bank statement matches the account info you provided at sign up, it should be okay to upload. You can add the bank when the limitation is lifted. Is it also asking you to link a bank account as part of resolving the limitation? If so, link your bank, too.
