My Refund dispute is not resolving

I got scammed $1300 in Paypal, so I opened a dispute and requested a refund.

However, I still haven't received any email or updates from Paypal.

What should I do?

Advice would be based on how you were scammed / which dispute type you opened / if you escalated to a claim / and which funding source linked with paypal you used.

Don't contact [Removed] in Telegram in any cases.

He even got fake reference in his Telegram channels.

But I got scammed and he would exchange my paypal funds to crypto.

He can't receive to this account for the first time because his account can't accept that.

Then he asked me to send funds to Lévai [Removed] ( [Removed] )  , so I sent $1300 in 4 March, 2024.

I kept asking him whether he received funds, but he was not replying and soon left groupchat.

I've recorded all chats and asked for refund in paypal with attachment.

But even I waited several weeks, I have no email from paypal.

My refund case statement is not closed, what?
Paypal said it's closed automatically since I didn't escalate, but I've actually done escalating.

Now, how can I solve my issue?
