My PayPal account permanently limited and closed

Hi , paypal closed my account for nothing! They asked me to proof my adddress and i provide my bank statement then i received a transaction from a friend which was 1$ as good and service , paypal asked me why i got tgis payment i said it's from a friend just to test if the account is active or not , and now paypal closed my account !!!! And didnt tell me the reason !! How to get my account back?

Normally you can't appeal a permanent limitation however if you want to try then contact customer services?...
