My Account was permanently limited is last year and it is up 180days, i got a notification from paypal that My money is up to 180days but, when i want to link my bank to withdraw error keep popping up saying: u can't link this banks because there was issue with your account over $320, please your team should allow me withdraw my money

Have you had the paypal email yet saying you can withdraw the funds?

Normally you get one after 180 days 'if' you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Men i got a notification from them that my account is up to 180days that i should login and withdraw my money...  

but when trying to add my bank error keep appearing

I would edit your post and remove any banking information from this worldwide public forum and then do what I advised in my above post.
