Hello, the reason I am writing is because my account has been permanently limited, for no reason, before it asked me to solve or provide some security information such as a personal ID, and check other information about my card. I provided this information and even so my account was limited, I want to request a revalidation since I have not made any illegitimate transaction. Can Someone give a idea or email for support of paypal?
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
