Money stuck in crypto

So my account was permanently banned and after 180 days, they took some money off for settling another account. I was able to withdraw the rest. However i have about $6500 in crypto and i have no way of cashing out as i keep getting an error message i have called paypal thrice daily for the last 3 weeks to no avail. I just need help to cash out my money so i can move on. Emails and phone calls are not working
