Hello, my paypal account was limited 180d ago i got email about blocked and ur funds will be able to withdraw 180d later . its over 180d and i tried to withdraw it dont let me . i cant add new card to withdraw fudns . i cant send the money to friend . i cant spend the money on websites . it stuck fully . i tried to contact live agent it keep said theres no avaible customer agent . when i try to email it gave error on paypal.com message center i m fully stuck pls help me
