- A Person bought clothes from me from Vinted (1-2€ per clothing). Obviously they are second hand, which was also stated. The person then filled a report and for some reason got their money back and kept the clothes! They bought thing for 25€ and now I have to give them the money and lost the clothes! What can I do?

If they opened a dispute for item received but not as described then did you respond to that dispute or ignore it?

I responded and gave all the information (that it's second hand, the prices etc.) the person provided Fotos of the 'damage' wich are literally hilarious. It was a small string literally like 2mm and some minor spots you could easily wash away.

That is odd then only normally if the seller responds paypal request return of the item, if seller does not respond then they keep refund and item.
May be check with customer services why that did not happen?
