So i was tinkering around on withdrawing my balance from paypal with none seems to work. however, out of all the attempts, i found a suspicious activity occured, robbing all my balance. it has note [escheat] reason : 3365, which i cant find anywhere what is that means. from my standpoint, its a blatant robbing since i have no way to control that balance. asked them on twitter but looks like the generic answer is the only responds. both email and call ends up with no respond
