Money on hold for 180 days (Twice)

So, back in 2016 (When my account was created) or it was 2017 I had a payment received of 583$ for which my account was limited , and later on CLOSED PERMAMENTLY! I was notified that after 180 days I will be able to withdraw my funds and to contact paypal to figure out how.

In 2022 I had the email confirming I can withdraw my leftover assets, however I had difficulties to do so, and now back in 2023 November

I've tried to withdraw my leftover assets, however the bank that was linked to my paypal is no longer active, so I had to link a new ones.

Immediately after I was unable to proceed my withdraw saying (We couldn't confirm it's you) and they've been started asking me for documentation, such as proof of address, my ID and SSN card.

I have provided all of those and after couple of days of waiting and hours of staying on the phone line with paypal's customer service I received the same email stating:
You can no longer use PayPal (Ref ID - PP-L-444562174037)

You can no longer use PayPal

After reviewing your PayPal account, we've determined there to be excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business.

If there are any funds in your PayPal balance, they will be held for 180 days to cover any disputes that might be opened by your buyers.

After 180 days, please contact us to withdraw your funds. We may ask you to provide us with a valid photo ID and a proof of address document before you can withdraw any remaining balance.

If there are outstanding buyer complaints open against you, you can refund your customers via the Resolution Centre in your PayPal account.

We reserve the right to close any account reported to be involved in possible high-risk behaviour. In the event of a dispute, we'll try to recover the funds from you by debiting your PayPal balance first and, if there are insufficient funds in your PayPal balance, we reserve the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any other legal means.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

However, I already went trough this process and I do not need this paypal account to be active nor used. I just needed to withdraw my money?

As well as for 7 years straight no one has ever opened dispute, what about opening it now? This is complete nonsense and it's getting ridicolous out of any logical sense.

Please help me out! I just need to withdraw my money and delete this pitty account forever!

Yeah,

so basically Paypal is a scam company ,which is stealing/seizing people's money.

This is the third time my account has been Limited. (Second time it was permamently Limited) and once it was limited to submit documents.

I have my money in the account since 2016 , and every time they come up with the same excuse: (My money will be held for 180 days due to charges, disputes) however my money has been sitting here for 7 years and there was no single dispute nor chargeback.

I have replied to their message:

"Hello Jacob [Removed],

I understand that you want to withdraw your money from your PayPal account. I appreciate you letting us know your concern.

It shows here that the documents you have submitted before is for the limitation that placed on the account last 2020 and those limitation was already resolve. There is a permanently limitation that was place on the account last November 24, 2023.

I see that PayPal had made a strong and tough decision to permanently limit your account which means that you can no longer use this PayPal account for your transactions. PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior. We also cannot disclose any specific reason as to why this account has been permanently restricted. PayPal's investigation is confidential and proprietary.

Funds on the account are currently placed on hold due to potential chargeback claims that maybe filed on this account. Definitely any funds that's on this account will be available for withdrawal after 180 days from November 24, 2023 which would be on May 23, 2024. You'll get an email once your money is available for withdrawal. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated."

(You can see yourself here, my account has been previously limited, and my funds have been already held for 180 days, however I never had the opportunity to withdraw them, even though they've been always saying (Come back after 180 days, or we'll send you an email after 180 days on how to withdraw your remaining funds). Which is absolutely hilarious.

And i'm awaiting for response by their end, but I highly doubt they will release my funds. (This is the third time and 7 years they've been doing this).

So that's why I am proceeding that way. I will publish this here and on every social. I will expose their true intentions and I will recommend people to stop using PayPal , because it seem to be the biggest scam company. I am not the first person who has cried over losing their assets, because PayPal's being locking/helding them for too long.

I'm glad that I have big audience of 100k followers on twitter, instagram, facebook, so I hope people will start listening to me and stop using this trash company for holding their assets.

Awaiting response from PayPal, if they don't figure out solution on how to withdraw my funds without waiting additional 180 days (540 days of only my funds being held) and 7 years since my funds are in this account I will publish them everywhere!
