I used Paypal to receive my first salary working as a Virtual Customer Support Specialist. They held my funds, to my understanding until Feb 12. I reached out to check if they are able to release it earlier and the agent who assisted me said he would file a request. 1 day after I received a notice banner on my PayPal account asking me to provide information/documents by March or else my account access will be limited.
1. I am not selling any physical items, but I am working or offering my virtual services. One of the information asked from me was the address as to where I kept my stock. I don't have any physical stocks since I am paid for the work I did.
2. I already sent my contract, the screenshot of my client requesting for my invoice so they can pay me, my invoice, and the confirmation from my client that the payment was already made.
They replied saying that I provided incorrect documents, when I provided what I have and corresponding to what they need.
What will happen now, if they will continue to deem my documents incorrect.
