Money held has not reflected in account

My money was held for 180 days and you send me an email to withdrawal it but up to now it has not reflected on my PayPal balance how can I solve this

Could the money been seized by PayPal for violating Acceptable Use Policy?

 

Click the most recent transaction in your account activity. There should be a note saying paid to PayPal for liquidated damages.
